On May 24 and 25, 2025, a 20% discount will be applied to adult, child, student, family, additional child and senior ticket prices, both for online and on-site purchases. When purchasing online, the discount will be automatically applied after selecting either May 24 or 25 as the date. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

On May 24 and 25, 2025, gift tickets can be purchased on-site with a 20% discount. The tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Adult, child/student, and senior tickets can be purchased as gift ticket.

Tickets purchased for the Night to the Museum event on June 20, 2025 cost HUF 6490. Tickets are only valid for the period from 19:00-23:00 on 20 June and are subject to availability. Discounts cannot be combined.

On May 21, June 18, July 16, August 27, September 17, October 15, and November 19, 2025, senior tickets are available with a 15% discount both online and on-site. The discounted tickets are valid only for these specific dates. For online purchases, the discount will be automatically applied after selecting one of the listed dates. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.

An average visit might take 60-90 minutes.

You can buy your ticket online with a discount and avoid long queues. We guarantee your entry at the time of your choice only with online pre-booking.

Yes. On the other hand, we can only guarantee entry at the time of your choice with a pre-purchased online ticket, and we can only admit those who buy on the spot based on the available capacity.

Please arrive at the attraction on time, because we cannot let you in before the start of the time slot on the ticket. If you happen to be late, you can exceed the given time slot by 15 minutes. In other cases, please contact our colleagues.

You can change the date of your visit online, up to three times. You can only rebook it before the originally selected date.

If you do not show up on the selected date and time, you will not be able to book another appointment later.

There can be several reasons for this:

• It may take a few minutes until you receive the confirmation. In such cases, it is worth updating the folder of incoming e-mails.
• Check whether the order was successful. We also send an email about the unsuccessful order.
• Check if the email confirming the order has not been placed in the spam folder of your mail system.

You may have entered the wrong email address when ordering. In this case, contact us at info@madametussauds.hu. Our customer service operates on working days between 10:00 and 18:00, during this period we try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Our Souvenir Shop can be visited from the street without a ticket.

We encourage you to take as many pictures as possible. The use of cameras and mobile phones (for taking pictures) is permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds. Take a selfie, get on Tom Cruise's motorcycle, try out Sissi's carriage - fill the halls with your own experiences! Not in the exhibition spaces of the museum, the consumption of food and drinks is prohibited there. In our Cinema Café you have the opportunity to refresh yourself while enjoying a special cinema experience.

Yes. The only limitation is the size of the stroller, it cannot be wider than 90 cm.

No. Although we love animals, we ask that you leave your pet at home, unfortunately it cannot enter the exhibition. Therapy and assistance animals are, of course, an exception to this.

Unfortunately, we cannot store larger packages, so please do not bring them with you.

Yes. But you look much better in a photo with your favorite star if you don't have to hold your bag or jacket in your hands, so we recommend using the luggage locker next to the entrance for smaller packages.

Gift tickets purchased in 2022 are valid until May 25, 2024, and tickets purchased in 2023 are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

For gift tickets purchased online, prior online appointment booking is required for the visit. The voucher can be redeemed for an entrance ticket with the unique code on the jegy.madametussauds.hu/en/gift-card page.

This does not apply to gift tickets purchased on site, they can be redeemed at any time during opening hours, however, please always check the current opening hours and note that we can let the last guest in 1 hour before closing.

The gift ticket cannot be redeemed.
